Elizabeth Topliffe (she/her) is an individual who partners with individuals and organizations to create environments and organizations where leaders, learners, and humans thrive.
Knowing that all organizations and humans have deep knowledge about themselves, Elizabeth asks questions and learns alongside you. She assists in finding the tools and strengths for people and organizations to implement their goals and solutions, usually based on the knowledge organizations hold within.
Elizabeth spent her 30-year career in non-profit school leadership, law, trusts, and wealth management. From 2012 through 2023, Elizabeth led a private Montessori school from a survival posture to one of thriving. In that role, Elizabeth facilitated and participated in an operational overhaul, strategic planning, budgetary transformation, and, most importantly, a shift in culture from scarcity to possibility. Through that process, Elizabeth came to appreciate how much the world needs organizations and humans focused on improving the world. We need places that face crises and problems (including those within themselves) with grace, humor, and a love for the humans who journey with us. As a consultant, Elizabeth helps organizations achieve their goals faster, reaching more people and creating more profound, meaningful change for the world.
