Creating the best work environments helps everyone do their best work. But sometimes, unexamined cultural habits affect how we hire and promote people, making it hard for everyone, especially women, to feel safe and valued.  

This often means fewer women are in leadership roles, causing businesses to miss out on the unique skills and success that women bring.
