Design Group International’s Culture Change Leadership practice area seeks to help leaders better understand their organization’s culture. By developing a deep and nuanced understanding, leaders are positioned to: 

  • Deeply understand their current organizational culture and how it is structured and practiced 
  • Envision an organizational culture they seek to inhabit 
  • Support other organizational leaders to see clearly the complexity of culture and its impact on people 
  • Craft comprehensive Culture Change Leadership initiatives 
  • Engage others in these initiatives, bringing their energy, enthusiasm and creativity to the initiative’s implementation  

Our Culture Change Leadership Process Consultants have been trained in the humble inquiry and process approach to helping leaders. They are guides, who deeply listen in order to comprehensively understand what you seek to accomplish. Through an iterative process, we craft with you next steps that you can take to help bring about the change you seek.

Unlike many culture consultants, we do not tell or sell. We ask and listen. This approach, what we call Process Consulting, holds very tightly on three underlying behaviors. Through our posture of listening, our service of helping, and our partnership in learning, we walk alongside you to support and help your transformation.

Leaders who know that it is time to bring about a culture change initiative, and who want to approach what’s next through a broader and more comprehensive lens. 

C-Suite leaders who want to deeply understand how their organization’s culture shows up in real-life and who value the opportunity to change their organization’s culture to improve the learning and growth of those around them.

We start by listening. At the end of the day, this is your organization’s culture not ours. Our role is to help provide you with a sight-line to deeply understand your organization’s culture and if you choose to develop a plan to transform it.  

By listening to you, we are able to craft with you helpful next steps. These steps, which will be co-created with you, begin to provide a road map for the emerging Culture Change Leadership process.
