Design Group International is pleased to announce three new Senior Consultants have joined its team of process consultants adding to the collective strength and service to clients.

Rose Shetler, of Goshen, IN, is a Certified Process Consultant with 20 years of experience as a leader in healthcare, higher education, church, and other nonprofit organizations. She has served on several boards and filled an Interim Executive Director position for an organization providing affordable healthcare and immigrant advocacy services. With years of experience as Director of Annual Giving and Major Gift Officer in higher education, she also brings expertise to organizational fund development.

Eric Doss, of Lowell,  MA, works with small and medium sized businesses and nonprofit organizations to assess and improve organizational health. Drawing on nearly two decades of experience working with organizations of all types. Eric has developed the Healthy Organizations Model to help increase resilience and help organizations prepare for an uncertain future. Eric is a trusted teacher and trainer, with experience in academia and corporate development. He translates complex concepts into accessible lessons and understands how to turn large obstacles into achievable steps. 

Steve Slagel, of Traverse City, MI, primary works with faith communities and their leaders helping them discover and embrace their God-given identity and purpose. Steve works to guide churches and organizations through change and facilitating new vision for a hopeful future. For nearly 30 years, Steve served as a pastor and judicatory leadership. Since 2015, he has consulted with church organizations and served multiple congregations in transition, supporting their needs for intentional interim leadership, conflict transformation, and community building.
