The Third Turn Podcast grows out of the Maestro-level Leaders initiative of Design Group International.
Seeking to support Executive Leaders who are in the Third Turn (or who have a vision for one), I am joined by Marketplace Chaplains' Jeanette Robért for these conversations about long-term leadership and legacy. Strategically Connected's Jennifer Miller is the producer.

Maestro-level Leaders is something that has burned in me for some time. I’ve hunted for an ongoing resource and community for the accomplished leader who believes their skills must become even more honed as they face into the future value of the enterprise they serve and plan for succession and legacy. This unmapped place is highly individualized and specific to a marketplace and context. It is an exciting journey into the unknown.
Because a map or experienced guide will be of no help here, we are providing tools for a fruitful journey, as well as travel companions working on their own routes to the future value of their enterprises. This blog, the Third Turn podcast, and a Maestro-level Leaders cohort are intended to develop this ongoing resource and to raise the vision for other leaders to aspire to a Third Turn. The next Maestro-level leader cohort launches in January 2021.
