Design Group International Announces Strategic Partnership with Peter A. Schein and Organizational Culture and Leadership Institute

Today, Design Group International, a leader in the field of Process Consulting, announces that Peter A. Schein (OCLI.org) has joined its Community of Practice as a Strategic Partner.

Peter and his father, the late Edgar H. Schein have been leaders in the field of Process Consulting for more than fifty years. Their body of work includes significant research, thought leadership, and practical application of corporate culture models, Humble Inquiry, Humble Leadership, and Process Consultation methods, tools, and content. The Scheins' work has been groundbreaking in fields of organizational development, organizational psychology, and interpersonal dynamics.
